Recognizing that respect for human rights is the most essential element in corporate management,
CGK strives to fulfill its responsibility to respect human rights in all its management activities.
Purpose
CGK establishes and operates this human rights policy to actively implement human rights management, prevent human rights violations and mitigate related risks in business operations. In order to implement human rights management, CGK complies with international standards and guidelines related to human rights and labor, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labor Organization Core Conventions.
Scope of Application
This human rights policy applies to CGK's employees (including executives, employees, and non-regular workers), including executives and employees of domestic and foreign production and sales corporations, subsidiaries, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.
Also, CGK's employees must follow this human rights policy when dealing with suppliers and sales and service organizations, and encourage all stakeholders in business relationships to respect this human rights policy.
Except in cases where there are special provisions in the laws of the relevant country, the articles of incorporation, or company regulations, all CGK employees should perform their duties in accordance with this human rights policy.
In the internal and external business processes, we will take measures to prevent industrial accidents by finding and controlling harmful/risk factors of all parties in advance. We will also comply with disease management and legal education and prevent overwork and emotional labor risks in advance.
We provide employment and working environment without discrimination against gender, beliefs, religion, age, disability, origin, race, ethnicity, nationality, medical history, etc.
Respecting the personality of members, we treat them fairly and reasonably based on their capabilities and performance.
We guarantee minimum wages, comply with working hours, prohibit sexual harassment/bullying in the workplace, guarantee freedom of association, and do not disadvantage employees for reasons such as joining, participating in, or forming a labor union.

We will take care to ensure that the human rights of local residents are not violated in areas where corporate activities take place. From an environmental aspect, we will share information transparently internally and externally, and prevent or mitigate serious environmental damage and accidents.
Based on ‘honesty’ and ‘trust’, we will establish and implement the principles of honest management, such as compliance with fair trade, anti-corruption, compliance with personal information protection, protection of intellectual property, quality safety, and transparent disclosure of corporate information.
