I sincerely thank you for striving to practice quality management and sound management as reliable member of CGK. As uncertainty due to external influences has increased recently, our goals of preemptive risk response and securing mid- to long-term growth momentum are facing huge challenges.
The most solid support in this crisis is the fundamental value of ‘sticking to the basics.’ The basics herein mean practicing ethical management that adheres to principles in all situations. This is because gaining trust from various stakeholders through sound corporate activities and ensuring sustainable growth are essential conditions for corporate survival.
The practice of ethical management starts from trivial things, which include being responsible for customers, shareholders, and investors, not losing honesty and fairness in all business relationships, not using company assets for personal use, respecting each other, and enhancing one's job capabilities
Most of our employees already understand and follow these things. These trivial things are combined to create CGK loved and respected by customers and partners.
Thus, we are to establish ethical management as one of our core values, announce it to the outside, and carry out transparent corporate activities in earnest.
Ethical management is not just one of the company’s numerous business standards, but CGK’s management philosophy and organizational culture. It is also our pride (CGK Pride) that we must protect and a guideline (CGK Way) that we must follow.

Your actions now will create your and the company’s honor, and doing the right thing will definitely benefit you and the company. Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Code of Ethics states, “Recognize that individuals represent the company and act properly based on morality and honesty.” If you fail to achieve the management goals, you may be given another chance to try again, but unethical behavior may ruin you and the company in an instant.
